Terms of Service
Effective June 18, 2026 · Stackr Holdings LLC
These Terms govern your use of the Reframe app (“Reframe,” “the app,” “we,” “us”). By downloading or using Reframe, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Reframe on Apple devices you own or control, in line with Apple’s standard App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.
2. What Reframe is — and isn’t
Reframe is a self-help focus tool that helps you reduce distracting app use by prompting you to reframe a thought before unlocking an app. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. It is not a substitute for professional care. If you are struggling with your mental health, please contact a qualified professional or a local crisis line.
3. App blocking
Reframe uses Apple’s Screen Time (Family Controls) features to block apps you choose. You are responsible for the apps and settings you select. We don’t guarantee that blocking will be uninterrupted or suited to any particular purpose, and Reframe should not be relied upon for safety-critical situations.
4. Your content
The thoughts and reframes you write stay on your device (see our Privacy Policy). You own them. Because they never reach our servers, you are responsible for any device backups.
5. Price
Reframe is currently free. If we introduce paid features in the future, the terms and pricing will be shown to you in the app before any purchase, and handled through your Apple account.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Reframe is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stackr Holdings LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; the latest version will always live at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
8. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions? Email mishanyamanevich@gmail.com.
