Reframe is built so that your thoughts and your habits stay yours. This policy explains, in plain terms, what the app does and does not do with your information.

We do not collect your data

Reframe does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, and no servers. We never see your data.

Everything stays on your device

The things you enter — your name, the thoughts you reframe, your streak, and the apps you choose to block — are stored only on your iPhone using Apple’s on-device storage. They are not uploaded anywhere.

Screen Time & app blocking

Reframe uses Apple’s Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Device Activity frameworks to block the apps you select. This all happens on your device. Apple does not reveal the identities of your blocked apps to us, and we have no ability to read them.

No tracking, no analytics, no ads

Reframe contains no third-party tracking, no advertising, and no analytics SDKs. Nothing about your usage is profiled or followed across apps or websites.

Children

Reframe is rated 4+ and collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes (for example, if a future version adds optional accounts or cloud sync), we will update this page and the effective date above.
